During your initial equipment setup MedCare will affix on, or include with your equipment, stickers, cards, or flyers with our contact information as well as information on how to access this portal. Overtime these stickers or flyers may fall off, become damaged, lost or you may just want additional copies to give to a family member, caretaker, or to have in case of an emergency.
